Breuninger Pop Up Restaurant – seasonal and delicious

The hip Breuninger pop up restaurant was set up in the spring of 2014 in Breuninger’s flagship store in Stuttgart’s Karlspassage to serve during the planning and conversion phase of the former Café Flo. DIA – Dittel Architekten designs and creates a temporary 165 m² soup bar, which, thanks to its charming, cheerful design, invites visitors to relax and have a bite to eat.

The open design offers a view of the colourful activity in Karlspassage and underscores the dynamic atmosphere in the dome. The culinary catchwords and food illustrations on the graphic banners and floor foils make discreet references to the soup kitchen, champagne bar and confectionery areas.

The highly detailed communication elements designed by Dittel Architekten, such as the champagne menu and the board with daily specials above the counter, transport the space’s fresh appeal to all media and round out the lovingly designed concept.
