The villa “Residence AM”, located in the best area for viewing Stuttgart, offers a fantastic view of the city from all three floors and provides a place to live luxuriously. The house was completely gutted and then renovated from the ground up. The front, which faces the city, was completely opened up, in order to optimize the view of the city.
