For its interior concept for the Kurhaus of Baden-Baden (a listed spa resort, casino, and conference complex in Baden-Baden constructed in the classicist style) DIA- Dittel Architekten was awarded the contract for the integrated catering area.
Traditional restaurant elements are reinterpreted and transposed into a contemporary context on an area of over 650 square meters. A design reference to the Black Forest and Baden’s regional cuisine is created and given an attractive and modern design thanks to fresh, urban touches.
