For the city of Horb am Neckar, DIA - Dittel Architekten is designing and realizing an ensemble of buildings for the use and operation as a hotel and gastronomy business in the course of the vitalization of the historic market square. The three buildings of the former Café Kipp are part of the urban silhouette and are subject to the ensemble protection. Within the project's feasibility study, a core renovation versus a sustainable new construction measure is planned and examined and the new utilization concept is put into practice.
