With the architectural concept for an innovative customer centre, DIA - Dittel Architekten wins the invited competition for the redesign of the WGV customer service centre at the headquarters in Stuttgart.
The redesign creates space for a personal customer service and its associated processes. The new concept optimises the quality of stay and creates orientation for customers and employees. This is achieved in particular by clearly zoning and structuring the new space. The design developed by DIA - Dittel Architekten contributes to a high-quality overall appearance as an insurer, reflects the principles of the WGV and translates them into a harmonious, functional spatial concept in which the customer takes the centre stage.
