DIA Dittel Architekten is awarded the contract for the refurbishment and extension of the listed former town hall in Höchstädt a.d. Donau. At the exposed location directly on Höchstädt's market square, the ensemble of buildings consisting of the town hall and extension will be translated into a new, inviting, frequented urban building block. The aim of the design concept is to strengthen the former main entrance to the historic town hall through the new organisation of uses and to make it the central point of contact for tourists and local residents.
