Retail Building Königstraße 33
Dittel Architekten was hired to renovate, revitalize and convert the listed building on Königstrasse. The aim was to restore and structurally repair the original appearance, which is characterized by a delicate facade structure with a slender concrete frame and contrasting colours.
Primo Cafe Bar Tübingen
The Primo Cafe Bar stands for high-quality coffee, an Italian lifestyle and a sustainable mind-set. In the spirit of this brand philosophy, an authentic interior design concept with natural materials and dedication to detail was created. The café was realized at the Zinser fashion store in Tübingen. Located in the pedestrian zone, it not only attracts people from the outside but also creates value for the store’s retail customers.
acomHotel Munich
The acomhotel Munich blends in with its surroundings thanks to a new façade and alludes to these surroundings in its interior. From some distance away you can already see this change. The ambience of the Residenzstadt [former residence of the monarchs of Bavaria] with its impressive parkland is conveyed by colours and materials.
Breuninger Customer Service
The new customer service of the fashion and lifestyle company Breuninger in Stuttgart addresses all concerns of its customers in an area of over 300 square metres. The philosophy of the department store – exclusive service – is translated into a clear, functional design with quality materials and lovely details.
nestor Hotel Neckarsulm
Reception, lounge, bar, and restaurant of the nestor Hotel Neckarsulm have been given a new look. 500 square meters. Four zones. One concept. Each area stands on its own while contributing to a cohesive whole. The separation is achieved through flooring materials, subtle spatial dividers, and thematic design—yet the space remains open. Open in its composition. Open to the needs of hotel guests who come together here.
Pop Up Box
The Pop Up Box is a versatile piece of design, finding first use in the mall of the Gerber shopping centre in Stuttgart. As convertible retail space, it offers retailers and exhibitors a customizable presentation area. It’s a system that is self-contained, an out-of-the-box solution. Technology, utility and design are coming together in a cube.
Villa T
The idyllically situated “Villa T” in the canton St. Gallen offers a magnificent view of the mountains, and has been completely gutted and renovated by Dittel Architekten. Its exclusive hillside location means every one of the four storeys offers a view of the great outdoors and the surrounding mountains. The villa’s 900 square metres of space invite you to experience its extraordinary, luxurious ambience.
Tourist information Esslingen
The new town and tourist information office is located in the Späth’sches Haus, a building from the 19th century on the market square right in the centre of Esslingen. Dittel Architekten wins the invited competition to redesign the tourist information office against numerous renowned competitors. The design competition was issued by Esslingen Stadtmarketing & Tourismus GmbH (Town Marketing and Tourism).
