HOTEL DOMIZIL

Situated directly on the Neckar River in the picturesque town of Tübingen, Hotel Domizil is undergoing a comprehensive renovation led by DIA – Dittel Architekten. The project includes a fresh, new interior design across more than 4,000 m². The design draws inspiration from the hotel’s name and the character of the city. “Domizil” (= home) conveys a clear message—reflected in a welcoming atmosphere defined by brightness and trust.

CITYLOFT BERLIN

Cityloft Berlin offers space for events and temporary stays right in the heart of the city. The building’s glass façade creates the foundation for a bright and welcoming atmosphere. An open floor plan with an outdoor terrace allows the spacious 200 m² interior to flow seamlessly. The building concept emerged from innovative ideas for efficient use of space in urban environments. The CarLoggia on its own dedicated level serves both as a parking space and a stage for the automobile.

When rooms and their furnishings are able to tell stories,

Villa T

Nestled in the idyllic Canton of St. Gallen, “Villa T” offers breathtaking views of the Alpine landscape and has been completely gutted and redesigned. Thanks to its exclusive hillside location, each of the four floors opens up to greenery and panoramic mountain views. Spanning 900 m², the villa invites guests to experience an exceptional, luxurious atmosphere.

Nestor Neckarsulm

Reception, lounge, bar, and restaurant of the nestor Hotel Neckarsulm have been given a new look. 500 square meters. Four zones. One concept. Each area stands on its own while contributing to a cohesive whole. The separation is achieved through flooring materials, subtle spatial dividers, and thematic design—yet the space remains open. Open in its composition. Open to the needs of hotel guests who come together here.
