Breuninger Flagship Store Hafencity Hamburg
The new Breuninger flagship store in the Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier sets new standards:On over 13,000 square metres, it combines curated brand worlds, exclusive service, and emotional retail design to create a unique shopping experience.
Situated right by the Elbe River, the store invites visitors not only to shop but also to linger, becoming a distinctive hotspot for fashion and lifestyle – and a vibrant place of encounter.
Glacis-Galerie Neu-Ulm
Dittel Architekten were commissioned by CBRE Investment Management to carry out the comprehensive revitalisation of the Glacis-Galerie in Neu-Ulm. The focus of the renovation measures is on the restructuring of the food court, a new customer information centre and other communal areas in the shopping centre.
Work environment for Siemens Healthineers
For the global medical technology company Siemens Healthineers, Dittel Architekten are realising a pioneering and user-centred work environment at the new High Energy Photonics (HEP) Centre at the Forchheim site. A hybrid spatial concept and contemporary design represent the global orientation and corporate philosophy of Siemens Healthineers, which stands for pioneering spirit, sustainability and inclusion.
Cultural area “Hahnekiez” in Schlitz near Fulda
Dittel Architekten has revitalised a historical industrial building into a cultural centre through renovation and repurposing. Alongside the existing substance, this includes a new building that acts as a central connecting element and inviting foyer. The site was officially opened as the “Hahnekiez Area” in April 2024.
Heilbronn City Library
Dittel Architekten has extended and modernised the Heilbronn City Library, creating a representative venue for interaction and intergenerational learning. The overriding aim of the conversion of the existing building was to create a modern appearance and a high sojourn quality through functional zoning and a variety of uses.
German Consulate General in São Paulo
Based on a globally standardized corporate design for German missions abroad, Dittel Architekten is responsible as general planner for the realization of the German Consulate General for the Federal Foreign Office in the largest Latin American megacity, São Paulo.
Customer service center of WGV Stuttgart
Based on a comprehensive usage analysis and the principles of WGV, Dittel Architekten is realizing the insurer’s future-oriented customer service center in Stuttgart city center after winning the architectural competition. The aim of the holistic design concept is to create space for personal customer advice and its processes.
