Realisation of the new Airport Lounge Munich

We are delighted to be responsible for the new Airport Lounge at Munich Airport and to be realising it as part of the new construction of Terminal 1.

The realisation of the new Airport Lounge at Munich Airport has already progressed to work phase 5 and is already creating a sense of anticipation for the exclusive ambience that will welcome air travellers in the future. The concept is based on the theme ‘Bavarian Soul’ and symbolises the mountain and lake landscape, Bavarian culture and the cityscape of Munich in a harmonious world of materials and colours: textures of fabrics and wall surfaces represent traditional Bavarian fashion, blue and green tones the surrounding nature and the accent colour in brick red and brass details the urban and dynamic character of Munich’s city centre. High-quality materials in wood radiate warmth and a cosy atmosphere and invite air travellers to linger. A design concept with a strong identity transports the Bavarian way of life into the space on various levels and brings it to life for national and international guests in the new Airport Lounge.
